Meet the Team
Rich, founder and CEO, is passionate about the power of learning for changing lives and transforming communities. Along with a Community Practice Masters and post-graduate Education qualifications, Rich's career spans regeneration, public health and adult education.
Hollie is our Deputy CEO and leads on the Learning Store. Hollie is a qualified FE teacher and holds an MA in Educational Leadership. Hollie is relentlessly curious and has a particular passion for the role education plays in furthering social justice and enabling people to become their true, authentic selves.
Sam is HMHC’s Community Hubs Manager, overseeing Gorton Central's delivery team and the No93 Cafe and Kitchen team. Her skills are in training adult learners in community settings and specialises business skills development, marketing techniques, and mentors people into similar roles.
Sally is the Centre Manager of Gorton Central. Sally has developed in depth training on volunteer management, community development and outreach, and signpsting and referrals to other support organisations. She now shares this learning with partner organisations and people looking to work in community development.
