Healthy Me Healthy Communities is a not-for-profit company committed to reducing health inequalities in local communities. We work closely with people in neighbourhoods to provide services that make a real difference in their lives. We aim to create lasting improvements for individuals and communities and help shape the public services they rely on. By bringing people together, we work to build healthier and happier communities where everyone can thrive.
